  No stars this company is s***** and rush and brake s*** and than have excuses and say they will fix their operations well how about fixing what your company f**** up we need more Idaho based company's and not so much out of state jokers big time joke code red is that your stuff will be in a code red situation using them

  This was a tow called in by my insurance company where i was 100% covered. Code red were rude, not fast, and tried to get more money from me. I canceled and got someone else that didn't say I was gonna have to give them more money if I wanted the tow. These people are crooks. Just read the reviews

  The star is for ******* who works in the office. She did the best she could to help. I don't know if she is aware of the crooks she works for or not. **** the owner is a snake no he is lower than a snake. Snakes slither on there own belly. His driver ****** came to me before he even touched my rv he came to me and asked what I could pay. I saa thousand would be pushing it he said how about 800 I said ok. They sat there for 5 hours and then ******* didn't have the other big truck so the next on rotation have to do it. No other tow company would touched it because they said they would do it for 800. After 9 hours it was towed to ******** to thereother yard. In the process of pulling it out they broke my back axel and ripped the wheel and tire completely off and **** said they were giving me a deal Because they broke my rv for 800. That was the deal before they broke it. He admitted they broke it and they were not going to fix it and if I didn't take the deal he would keep the 800 and my rv with all my families things in it and not let me have anything. He is a ***** and should not be working with the police on tows but rather be in jail for stealfrom people. I'm not the first and won't be the last. They killed my batteries and tried to charge me 150 ah hour for the a gate fee and wouldn't help pull it ***************************************************************************** damage. One tow drive Saint was like that but I have seven witnesses and pictures from me the police and the other witnesses before the pulled it out and after they were done. Stay away from code red it's code red because they will destroy everything you have then strong arm you into paying them or they keep your ride.

  This is the worst tow truck company you could possibly use they towed my motorcycle after an accident that almost ended my life when I woke up the next day I had no recollection of where I was what happened it wasn't till 4 days after I left the hospital that I found out they were the ones who told my motorcycle on finding out this information they told me it was $400 for the first day then $40 a day after then told my family no one can pick up the bike but me I had just broken four ribs lacerated my liver my spleen broke my leg in two places broke my foot multiple contusions to my face a severe concussion with flash and memory loss it gave no s****and now we're trying to come after me for the money they told me if I surrender the title they'll knock $100 off of it absolutely ridiculous I hope this review reaches a lot of people this company deserves to be shut down not everybody is rich at 400 dollars from day one that's absolutely absurd

  I called AAA and this is the company they sent; they are deplorable. The driver stated it was a "complete waste of his time to come". Not the kind of person you want arriving to help in a emergency situation. The tow was 45 minutes away and an hour back to the drop off location. Why take the tow if you don't want to work ???The driver WAS SCARY RUDE. He was verbally agitated and not friendly by any stretch. I was fearful he was going to damage our vehicle and of course, we were at the mercy of this driver to SAFELY arrive our broken-down vehicle for repairs. I am thankful he didn't have to tow my teenage daughter's car and she experience a person in possibly an unstable state of mind. This company needs to be investigated and removed from any tow assisted company directories. Stay away from this tow company !!

  I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received from this tow truck company! They upcharged me from $400.00 to a whopping $1600.00, and when I refused to pay such an outrageous amount for their services, they threatened to illegally confiscate my car! Can you believe it?! When I refused to comply with their shady tactics, they even had the audacity to call the police on me!When the police arrived, they informed me that this tow truck company had a history of scamming people by overcharging them and then confiscating their vehicles to sell at auction. This is a despicable practice, and it's clear that this company is nothing more than a bunch of thieves and scammers who will stop at nothing to make a quick buck.I cannot stress enough how disgusted I am with this company and their unethical business practices. If you value your money and your car, I implore you to stay far away from this tow truck company. They are nothing more than crooks who will take advantage of you at any opportunity. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable tow truck company who values their customers and their integrity.

  My vehicle was damaged by their employee. The lied., refused to deal with me. I had pictures of the damage & the employee called the office while I was there to report the damage & also took pictures to show them the damaged that he did. The company wouldnt to anything about ********* fired that employee the next day. Ive spread the word to not use them ever & so have many ************ insurance company Dont use Code Red Towing ever!!!!! Id give them a minus O rating!

  Terrible service. Damaged my vehicle and acted like it was no big deal dont take any chances. They should be shut down??
