    Gilliland is a contractor that our Community would NOT hire again. He has extremely poor communication skills. He bid to repair our concrete wall and did not perform all the items which he indicated would be done in his bid. Specifically, he bid the job to place rebar in positions that did not have any in the initial construction and he failed to do this. The repairs he did are crumbling and were not done pursuant to his bid. The job was rushed and completed in 2 days rather than the 4 days originally estimated. He was in a hurry to go hunting and was more concerned with that than the job he was performing for our community. The quality of work was substandard and Gilliland would not come back and do repairs. The work he did is crumbling and will need to be removed and redone correctly. This contractor cannot be trusted. He was paid in full $3,984.00 and definitely does not stand behind his work. We are going to have to remove his substandard work and completely start over. We give him a definite thumbs down. Do not hire this man.
