    The sales person ***** for Paramount called me trying to get my business. For an entire year he followed up with me wanting me to leave my POS system provider and come to Paramount. At the time, i was having issues with my current POS provider and made sure I was open and honest about the system being great but the customer service and other things were not to my liking. The staff at Paramount, (****, **** and *****) assured me that they can provide everything that i need. Sure there was things to fix when we finally switched over but from Jan 2024 - July 2024 there was nothing but customer impact and employee moral issues because of the issues of the system, not to mention i was still paying for the services. When i finally broke the contract due to them not being able to give my company what it needed, the president called me and told me they would refund me to make me whole and never did! I have lost more than 30k dealing with this company becasue the equipment unfortunately is mine (financed through a 3rd party). I dont recommend this company to anyone. OH and not to mention ***** who continued to follow up with me was let go after getting my account and was told they no longer needed him and according to him, they didn't pay him for securing my business. Even more devastating that i partnered with such a horrible company.
