I can’t wait to close out my account. I made an error on 19 March that caused me to have my account closed except for savings. I was under the assumption that the funds I were going to be deposited were to be covered by certain people in the Israel Defense Force. It was to be used to free my girlfriend from her active duty commitment with the Israeli Army. The checks I used came from account set up by the Israeli Army for me to deposit funds into my personnel account. They were going to deposit funds in my account to use. Unfortunately this didn’t happen because the unit had to go into Gaza to fight terrorists and I didn’t get the funds. The checks were deposited but the funds didn’t make it to cover things.. I had been a customer since 2006 without any issue but faulted on this. When you have people in your organization that do not even want to listen, especially your teller supervisor at the Warner branch who has had a personal grudge against me since Oct 2024 when I tried to withdraw money from my account, telling me that she didn’t like my reason for the withdrawal. To her everything is a scam, which it wasn’t; and if it was, that would have been my loss, not hers, not P1FCU. Just an effort by this person to harass me and has continued. I had no ill intention to do what I did, I thought they would have been covered, the checks and account were developed by the Israel Defense Forces and the checks were created by a company in the USA. When I am done reorganizing things and such I will terminate my relationship. P1FCU is no longer the bank I signed up with in 2006. Your “fraud” department could have talked to me before going half cocked on me. I was just trying to keep my girlfriend alive.

I urge anyone considering this entity to look elsewhere. Ive had an auto load through this credit union, for 5+ years. I was almost done paying it off when several family emergencies left my family very broke. I was quoted 90 days to get back on track before I *might* get my vehicle repossessed. They sent the order in ON day 80. (My birthday) and my car was towed away at 10 oclock that night. I emailed back and forth the next morning and sent over my payment plan. I didnt hear anything for 2 days, so I emailed again. Another 2 days and still crickets. So I emailed AGAIN. To be told I have 3 days to come up with the remainder owed AS WELL AS THE CRIMINAL REPO COSTS or I would loose my car.I contact ***** with Asset Recovery to tell him I will be in branch at five oclock to finish payment and close all accounts. I arrive to find my account blocked and no one capable of unblocking it. We had to call ***** again to figure out why it was blocked when HE KNEW I WAS COMING IN BRANCH. Then the cherry on top is I have a nightly fee to pay for holding my car. It took a week to get an answer and now I have to pay for it? On top of everything else? Criminal and Despicable. Take your money elsewhere. Take your time and elsewhere. & If youre an employee, jump ship.

I have been a member for 8 years now, and have never had a problem with a transaction or with the super friendly staff ( I use the ******* branch). Nice to be on a first name basis with most of the employees who are always helpful. Would not bank anywhere else.
