We bought our RV from **** in ********. We came to an agreement on price. We had to buy a new hitch, understandably , that was added to the agreed price. We discussed a trailer brake for our truck. Our sales *** advised us we could not leave without a trailer break system. He never said it would be added to the price. The price was never mentioned. It came across as a thank you for being a referral buyer. When it came time to pick up the *** which it was not scheduled, we were just to call and let them know we were coming. We get there they start to put the hitch on, turns out they didn't pick the correct one, they want to charge us more than we had agreed on then because of their mistake. They had my truck the day we bought our RV. They were in too big of a hurry to sell it they didn't take time to make sure they priced the correct hitch. Upon installation they discovered they had screwed up and wanted $171.00 more. We said no so they found a used part that was needed and it worked. Then it comes to installation of the trailer brake system. They go in and look for a minute come back out and attempt to charge $331.00 more for the system. We said NO that was not agreed up on in the beginning. We paid $1500.00 for a premium protection plan that we still have no proof that they did it, because on the day we picked it up there was no way they had time to do that spray. It took us almost two months to get our copies of all the signed paper work. The reason was because on the day we signed they had absolutely no electricity at the business. Which another reason we dont believe they did the protection coating that we paid $1500.00 for them to cover. We requested a refund and all we have been told is, it has been turned over to accounting along with the charges of a special spray for the tires. We were told by corp that there would be no charge to swap our battery out for two lithium batteries. Guess what sent us a bill for $272.00. We canceled the installation.Review fromBetty D

**** ** robbed me of my money when I had them do a wheel pack on my trailer. They took my money and sorry to say they didnt even do the job and they will not refund what I paid. I waited for reply to my e-mail today and since the meeting yesterday was nothing more than a joke and for you to do anything about the charge for the wheel pack that was not done, I have yet another plan. I see that there is a long list of complaints on a website on your dealership that I will be adding one myself so as you get the advertising you justly deserve. I am also going to make a complaint to Treasure Valley Veterans Org. because there could be many vets like me that have been robbed by your dealership or that doing business with that will stop. Besides they have a flier they put out which a news report could be placed in that paper. I wonder how many vets would stop doing any type of business with you after the report that I will have printed. Then since you are not credited with the BBB, I am filing a complaint with them as well. Since I have good friends that are in the news media, I will be discussing a consumer report with them as well as the ************************ trades about your business practices. This is because since you charged me and did not perform the service that I paid for is nothing short of stealing as far as Im concerned.Review fromA. H.

Not happy. Tried to sell an RV on consignment. They had it for 2 months before having their service department check it out. Found some issues and quoted an overpriced amount to fix it. Opted not to but when I picked it up several hundred dollars worth of spare parts and tools had disappeared. They said they would look into it then ghosted me and never returned my calls. Very poor experience. Do not recommend.Bish's RV, Inc.

Hi *****,
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience at ****** **. While you are certainly not required to proceed with repairs recommended by our service professionals, we are unable to consign units that are not in saleable condition. We attempt to provide a fair and competitive quote for all repairs, but if you find a service location willing to provide quality repairs at a lower price, we understand if you choose to use that location. If you have the necessary repairs completed elsewhere, we would be happy to renew the discussion about consigning your unit when the repairs are complete.
As to the parts and tools you mentioned, we have investigated the issue and we have no evidence that the parts and tools were in the unit when it was dropped off for our inspection. We firmly stand behind the integrity of our team. While we sincerely empathize with your frustration that parts and tools have somehow gone missing, our team did not remove any tools or parts from your unit. While we do our best to provide a secure environment for your unit while it is in our possession, our service contract requires all customers to remove personal property from the unit as we do not accept responsibility for customers' personal property.
Our Outfitter, *******, has made several calls to maintain open communication with you during this process, and we are happy to continue to communicate with you about any concerns you may have.

Bought a brand new camper at bishs in ********. It was delivered with MULTIPLE issues. I have spent the last 3 months trying to get them corrected, multiple trips to the dealership from 2 hours away, multiple appointments and STILL waiting! The service department is rude and incompetent. Ive never regretted a purchase so much, EVER! They have totally destroyed all happiness associated with owning a camper. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!!!Review fromJonathon R

Weve owned our 19BH for a year, purchased brand new in June 23. In July 23 on our 2nd trip out our electrical panel burned out; we advised when doing the Bishs fix call that something was wrong with the fridge, it wouldnt stay running and we believed this had something to do with the burned out electrical panel. In for warranty work, new panel installed and covered by *****,fridge issue ignored.Husband called and left multiple voicemails for the service **** re questions re fridge, never received a call back.In for more warranty work on the cabinets that fell apart at the seams & electrical light issues, fixed, no mention of the fridge. July 24, out for a 6 day camping trip when the fridge finally shut off & back on then completely died. Less than 1 month out of warranty(even though we informed them multiple times during the warranty period) Jayco declined bc its out of warranty, so we argue that Norcolds website states there is a 2 year warranty. We wait, husband calls mad, we are told no then they (service manager) agreed that it should be a two year warranty and submit to Norcold for warranty approval. We wait and yesterday, get an email stating its been denied by Norcold. They spent an entire year ignoring our complaints and we believe, purposely pushed us past our warranty.(Btw, all 2024 GoPlay models no longer have Norcold refrige)Theyve also lied about other rv purchase prices when we tried to trade in,they lied when we bought it and said rvs hold value really well(until we wanted to trade it in and they slapped me with a $9k trade in value) & gaslighted us at the end by telling us ***** declined the electric panel work and they supposedly had to eat the cost.We didnt build these trailers, we didnt burn out the electric panel & in the end we are out a fridge or another $758 for Bishs to fix it.They care about their commission and thats it. Extremely disappointed, as this was our first RV purchase after 25 years in a tent and theyve ruined it for us.Review fromAndrew P

I have a 2018 ** trailer where the grey water drain abruptly stopped flowing very fast when dumping the tank. I went through the standard routine of lots of hot water, degreaser, backflushing by hose fitting at the dump outlet to no solution. I read online about construction debris randomly making its way to the drain outlet to create a drain problem. I bought a scope and observed debris at the outlet restricting flow. So I took the ** to ****** as I thought they would know how to clean the debris. I gave them pictures of the debris. They gave me the ** back and said everything was now clean and draining properly. When I got home I filled the tank to 50% and dumped it, and, the flow rate was the same as when I took it in for repair (poor took 7 min to dump 20 gal approx). I took pictures again with my scope and the same debris is still there. I called ****** to express my observations and that I was unhappy with the service. They said everytime you take the ** on the road it is an earthquake happening, so something must have moved in the tank to block the drain again. They admitted that they got the photos I left in the ** showing the grey water drain blockage. So they do not care that they billed me for work which did not take care of the problem. The ****** service manager repeatedly argued that more grease must have moved to block the drain and that 4 service people can confirm that. She did not care that the photos say otherwise. She chuckled/laughed when I said I felt I had been charged for work that did not fix the problem and that I would seek to dispute the credit card charge with my card company. I will likely never go to ****** ** for service again. Extremely disappointed and on a scale from 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest best score, this dealer gets a fat ZERO and with that a big red neon light flashing at their street entrance flashing CAUTION - CAUTION - CAUTION - USE ALTERNATE ROUTE.
