    This business is total sham, hence the * rating here. They charged my card a month ago and never shipped my Prinsu rack. I could never reach them via phone and it took several days to get a response each time I emailed them. They kept stalling and then eventually shipped just the paint protector film separately, but still no rack. I finally gave up and submitted a dispute through my bank. Amazingly enough, the rack was supposedly shipped immediately after I filed the dispute but prior to their last communication back to me. When I demanded a refund, they said that I could pay return shipping and that they would start the return process after they receive the rack back. I still have not even received the rack. Stay away!

    This customer received his rack within the lead time outlined on our website, which he clearly did not read. He happened to do a chargeback on his credit card the week his rack shipped so he thinks that his chargeback triggered the shipping of the rack. Had we seen the chargeback the rack would have been held. Customer now has the rack and will not return it or reverse the charge back. He has stolen a $1000 roof rack from us.
    Customer should learn to read before making another purchase from a company that manufactures product by hand in the ** when it is ordered. It takes time to build things from scratch we are not amazon. 

    Businesses be warned, stay away from this customer!!

    I stole from them? Ha, that is utter libel!The response here from *** here is completely false but typical of them based on other reviews and complaints here, and on both ****************** They outright lied to my bank about a "warranty claim" that never existed in order to get my "charge back" reversed, so they most certainly got paid. They lied to me about the circumstances surrounding my order and complaint, and true to form, they are now lying again here to try and save face. An absolute bunch of childish dirt bags, double F rating!

    I ordered a roof rack from Prinsu/CBI, but it arrived with missing items crucial for installation. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. Responses were delayed, and when they finally did reply, they provided information I already knew and asked for details I had already given.Despite explaining the issue multiple times and pointing out the missing parts in the manual, they continued to ask me to fill out a warranty form. This required unnecessary effort and caused further delays.This entire situation could have been easily avoided by simply shipping the missing items together with the original order. Mistakes happen, but it should not be so difficult for the company to rectify them. Instead, they have made the process unnecessarily troublesome for customers.I am very disappointed with the lack of proper support and the hassle of dealing with this company. I would caution others about this poor customer service experience and the inconvenience of missing items in their orders.
