  Garbage!! About as fast as dialup used to be, been trying to call for tech help for 2 weeks just says call failed every time I try to call.

  As we live in a remote mountainous area there are very few choices for internet, tried satellite, will never go back to that but since I have been with LTE the last several years we have had reliable high speed internet with great customer service.

  Service is good in our area which is very rural. Support staff is responsive each time called. Does have some equipment issues but are easily fixed.

  They provide great customer service and the coverage is very good. I'm an over the road truck driving and I can stream movies and play video games in 99% of the places I travel. The other 1% is due to high network traffic which unlimited lte can't control. Can't recommend enough. And ***** is the absolute best customer care representative.

  For some reason I find it next to impossible to get reliable internet. I switched to Unlimited LTE Advanced a couple of years ago and have generally been pleased. I did have to buy two different routers which annoyed me and I do have issues from time to time but they always get back to me and almost always fix the problem the same day I call. I suppose if I was used to reliable, fast internet service I may think differently but this is much better than what I had before.

  Pros: LTE has worked in our remote location. I was able to work from home using Zoom daily. ****** provides great customer service every time that I have gotten her in customer service. Totally responsive, even when its bad news. Cons: It is NOT unlimited data which is misleading in the title. You are at the mercy of ATT, ******* and Tmobile depending on your router selection. The company should be more up front about that.

  I've been a customer for about 5 years now. Because of bad routers and service reception we've decided to cancel service 3 days after the billing cycle. They closed the line immediately. Then billed $50 every time we try to call and confirm they received their equipment so we could receive our refund. BE WARNED ??

  Just told me I breached a data cap on "unlimited" internet. Argued with me that it was still "technically unlimited," but they shut down service until the end of the month. This, just after switching my service with only a few days' notice and chargjng me for a new ($200) router when I already bought a router about a year ago. Dishonest company. Terrible customer service.

  Terrible resolution to the equipment failure. They furnished!Cannot be returned, just billed additional $250 bucks.Very disquisiting!
