- Refund and Exchange Policy
- If the confirmed campervan booking is cancelled within 30 Days of pick up the renter will forfeit the deposit.
- If the confirmed campervan booking is cancelled within 20 Days of pick up, or there is a no show, we will charge the full balance for the rental.
- If the confirmed booking has any trip insurance, delivery, pickup, or one way fees the renter is responsible for any non-refundable fees associated with the trip insurance, delivery, pickup, or one-way service. There will also be a $25 processing fee to cover the time required to cancel travel arrangements made.
- If the confirmed campervan is involved in an accident or mechanical failure by a previous renter and we are unable to provide you with a replacement before your rental then we will return the entire portion of your fee. We will make every attempt possible to provide you alternative accommodations.
