CUSTOMERS BEWARE:DO NOT GO HERE!!!!We had the most horrific experience with DDRV. Our van was in their shop for insurance repairs. What they were supposed to take out and put back in so the body shop could do their work was not broken. BUT it came came to us not only broken but with multiple fire hazards. They cut and exposed *******************. They taped up wires vs seal in an area of moisture They screwed the electrical and fridge isnt working. Broke lights. Lost parts. Drilled new holes in the floor and misaligned cabinets. We have spent countless hours fixing the work that their best mechanic didAbsolutely not only unacceptable, neglect able work but also hazardous!!!

Complaint filed. I'm an out of state buyer so this dealer won't offer to help me. 9 issues on a new trailer I purchased 8 months ago. Dealer only wants to discuss 1 issue (hole in roof). Slide leaks bad seal on entire slide, window leaks, I'm still fixing bath, shower, kitchen plumbing. Sewer /black tank pipe has a massive leak that I taped for a temp fix. Huge hole in roof. I'll be organizing a picket line at a future date for the Dillon ****************

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!I came in on a Monday to have service done. I was there to have Torklift Stableloads installed on my **. **** in service, and the Manager of service, assured me this was something they could do in a couple of hours. I also got their recommendation from the Torklift website. They are a Torklift certified service center. I told them I needed this done in a week or so because I was going on a two week road trip. I made an appointment for the following Friday at 8:00 am and dropped off the ** at 7:30. They said, they would call in a few hours, when it was done. I didn't hear from them all day, so I called at 4:30, because they close at 5:00. **** said it was ready to pick up, but they didn't install the Stableloads. When I asked why, she said her Manager, and two of her top technicians, were watching YOU TUBE, to see how to do the install. They watched a video of a guy in his driveway struggle with it for 5 hours. So, they decided it would be to difficult for them to do it. I said, "Really?? YOU TUBE??" That's kind of scary." **** said, "That's not scary, how are they supposed to know how to do it?" So now, it's Friday night at 6:00 PM and we are supposed to leave in 3 days. When I asked **** why she didn't call me earlier, to let me know. She said she got too busy, and forgot. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSABLE FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPATENT!!!

On Saturday, 4/8/23, at approximately 9:20am {PDT), I called Dennis Dillon RV in *****, *****, from my home in **************** and spoke to a salesman about a new 2022 Nexus Wraith 33W motorhome that they had advertised on their webpage for $149,995. During our conversation I told him about our trade and that we were looking for a payment of $1400 per month. Since I was in **************** he told me that I would need to make a "$3000 fully refundable deposit". I agreed to the deposit as long as it was refundable if we could not get together. The salesman asked for a credit card number and again advised that it would be fully refundable. After he had my credit card number he emailed a receipt and a form for me to sign. The form stated the deposit was "non-refundable", & the receipt showed a charge of $3000 had already been made. I called the salesman back and asked him about the form stating "non-refundable" he said; "that's a form from our ********** location that doesn't apply here, just write on it "Deposit of $3000 will be refunded if terms not acceptable"" (I printed that on the form) Near closing time, I learned that our payment would be $1625/month, some $225 above our budget, and that the selling price had been adjusted to $259995 to show an adequate down payment, & the perception that no one would be around on Easter **************** my wife and I decided we could not pursue the purchase. At approximately 8:30am (PDT) 4/11/23 I called the last person I had talked to, & advised him that we needed to stop the process, he said he would email the salesman and **. At 8:40 (PDT) I also texted the salesman the same info, he called & said that the ** would be calling me. I called the ** at 4pm (PDT), after not receiving a callback, & was assured that he would call by 6pm (MDT), however he has never returned my calls. Since the "terms were not acceptable" I feel I am entitled to my refund of $3000. Pretty low to take advantage of a 100% disabled Veteran.
