      A former ******** purchased a machine from this company five years ago with a maintenance plan, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The cost of the plan increased by 15% every year even though the machine has had no issues and no one from the company came to perform even basic preventative maintenance for years. By the fifth year, we were paying $1,300 annually for essentially nothing.I called twice, left voicemails, and even sent a letter asking how we could reduce the costs no response whatsoever. We only then heard from them was when our invoice went unpaid. It took them several weeks to respond to even the most basic questions. At that point, when I asked again about options to lower the cost, they implied the machine was leased and said we couldnt cancel the maintenance contract without either forfeiting the machine (which we had already paid for) or paying a ridiculous $2,800 fee to pay off the old.The whole situation feels deliberately misleading and dishonest. This company clearly prioritizes billing over service and communication. We will absolutely not be working with them again.

      I am very disappointed that the Allied Business Services did not advise customers that they would no longer be providing tech support for products they sold. I called today to get service on a timeclock and was advised today that we would have to go elsewhere for support! We are a farm and in the middle of harvest, having an additional 50 ******************
