  If i could leave 0 stars I would. This company may be fine for general moving but don't trust them with any important move or moving timeline. They have completely made an already hard day for us even more traumitizing.After coordinating an important move for my grandmother with dementia into an elederly home - they completely no showed us. Leaving her stranded with nothing in her new *********** with a driveway of items waiting for their truck.They were supposed to arrive at 1pm, didn't show. Called and confirmed they were on there way but running late. We moved everything into the driveway to help account for the lateness.An hour later called back and now they dont even have us in their system. The "gm" on the phone spent more time figuring out why the schedule mishap happened then working on a solution.We immediately called another moving company and they came to the rescue, and moved things around to help us. What this company should of done. mix *** happen in business - but not making them right is just bad business.What's most frustrating is last week i told the lady on the phone that I was worried their company wasn't right for us and such a sensitive move - she transfered me to someone who assured me they were. I wish they would of been upfront After talking to this company and the lady at BBB it sounds like we aren't the first customers to have issues with them. Def shop around there are better companies who can help you out there.Also reading out someone else's full name and address to me over the phone and then asking if that was me - vs having me read my own address and them confirm was extremely unproffessional.

  We are very sorry for this unfortunate event. Unfortunately this move was never actually booked by the customer. On 6/15 an appointment for an estimate was created (the estimate was scheduled for 6/17 at 8am). On 6/16 the appointment for the estimate was cancelled. Why it was cancelled is not clear. I can confirm that an email was sent to the customer on 6/16 advising them of the cancelled appointment. We did confirm the email address we have matches the one provided to the BBB. Additionally, while estimates are always free, we do require a deposit to be paid in order to reserve a time on our schedule.Unfortunately when this customer called the office, there were no employees or vehicles available to send (to the extent that the General Manager did not even have his personal vehicle). If we had any vehicles or employees to send and complete this job we certainly would have. On the staffing side, unfortunately all available employees were on the job (we were down several from expected due to illness and injuries sustained outside work).We have a fantastic team and strive to always provide the highest level of customer service (which is reflected in our overwhelmingly positive reviews), unfortunately we were not able to meet this customers expectations.
