    I am so glad we went with AAD Inspection Corp. This is the second time we have used them. They are very detailed in their report showing pictures so you know what they are referring to. Keith was very nice and answered many of our questions. I highly recommend them.

    The most thorough inspection report I've ever seen. **** covered all my concerns and more. The breakdown of his findings is grouped and summarized in an easily digestible way. Additionally the customer is shown these in order of concern level. All of the findings are backed up with pictures. This is the type of inspector you would want as a buyer.

    The office was able to schedule an inspector for the very next morning. The inspector was very professional. ***** was thorough and took the time to explain all of his findings and why they would matter to me as a potential buyer. We had the finished report, with photos, in less than 24 hours. They provided two reports - a condensed and comprehensive version, making it much easier to digest and understand without being overwhelmed by the abundance of information. This was a great experience.
