I put in an order that was promised in 4 days .no delivery instead I got an e mail that said it would be a month and a half my purchase still haven't arrived sent several e mails trying to get an answer now they are gosting me I will be filing a complaint with the bbb this site is a total scam !

We emailed you on November 14th and November 28th without a response. We offered alternative compasses. We offered to get it to you in the timeline you had outline. We didn't hear back from you. Your order was shipped and delivered on Dec. 28th via **** tracking number *********************. We did everything we could to get this order to you in a timely manner. With over 10k plus products we are sometimes at the mercy of the manufacturer. same experience as below. Zero stars.Ordered a couple of gifts for birthday party this weekend, never received, so shipping updates, never respond to inquiries. if i dont get shipment. ill have to call credit card company and reverse payment.
