    I went into the business originally on September 24th. I dropped my phone off to get repaired and I was told that it would be 3 to 4 hours to repair. I went back 4 hours latter because I never received a call to tell me my phone was fixed and I was told that they couldn't access my phone. So they could have called me to get access to my phone to get the repair done. So I was told that it would be another 2 hours to get it fixed. I came back 2 hours latter and they didn't have it done yet. I told them that I needed my phone back because I have been waiting for 6 hours and needed to go home. They then told me that they had it pulled apart and just needed to put it back together and it would be another 30 minutes. They then brought my phone out to me still broken. So they lied about having it apart in the first place. So I made an appointment for September 30 at 11am to get on the list to get my phone in first thing. I dropped my phone off and I was told that it would be 3 to 4 hours to complete the repair. I never received a call 4 hours latter so I called and they gave me another excuse as to why it's not fixed. The parts they broke while installing were ordered and would be here Oct 1st. So I called this morning and was told that they missed the window to get the parts in today Oct 1st. Even though they said it would be done today. So now the parts won't be here until Oct 4th and I won't get my phone back until October 5th. I don't want to be lied to and given the runaround. I just want them to fix my phone in the time they promised both times.
