    We contacted them on August 8th, and started to pay $1500. After we submitted our floor plan and requested few changes, it seemed very difficult for them to follow. So we decided to use one of their plan which was listed for $2,400 with few modification. We got our final plan on PDF format, and the date is Nov 13th or so with the final price is $6000. I tried to contact them once during the long 3 months period to complaint about the lack of communication and the high price, and I feel the email I got is very defensive and argumentative. Since the only way to reach them is through email, it is very hard to express our side of ideas the discuss possible changes. I told my husband, maybe they are short of staff and not very professional. So we tried to work with them through emails back and forth. The whole time, we got one conference call which they initiated and one when we got our final plan. Most of the time, when we sent email, we waited average a week for them to get back to us. They suggested that we mark the floor plan with the changes we wanted, and we did, but may times when the plans come back they did not make the changes. My husband found them through YouTube, Mr. Post Frame is a good builder, but we regret didn't go to a REAL Architect. Which will be easier to communicate and received a building blueprints instead, we had to go to FedEx and spent another $100 to print them. The experience with them is expensive and unpleasant.
