    They had a Manager visit my site and quote me to move a large piece of equipment plus move, they told me they had a Towing service they used to such moves. I agreed to the quote and when they came out to move they moved all my palletized stuff first and left the piece of equipment without explaining why they did it. I then had to call back to get them to finish the job, they made me actually schedule the Tow Truck and pay them separately(which is fine, I would have done this on Day one) then they said they would only bill me for the drive to and from the location to finish the job quoted which I was fine with but then after moving the table they tried to bill me for 2 hours more. I explained to the crewman whom I wrote the check to the situation, he seemed to agree and wrote a bill for just the drive to and from. Then afterwards they made up this extra hour of billing, and tried to add it on and make me pay it. I already paid 2600 dollars for a move they didn't even finish on the first day. They were very slippery on what they said they would do vs what they would actually do, the moved the goal posts at every turn and then gaslighted me after the fact. These guys are 100% untrustworthy. They did not do the job we quoted on the first day, it cost me a week of operations and also a month of rent at the place I was unable to move out of in a timely fashion. I would 100% just use literally any other service. Also they padded their hours in my face, we showed up at 9:30am and billed to 9am and then left at 5:30pm and billed to 6pm and then Billed me for the drive to and from additionally so 10 hours. Then gaslighted me after the fact claiming they only added the drive to and from and not explaining how then the 9 hour job turned to 10 hours.
