  Went into store tried the 3 beds went home thought about it decided to purchase the 2nd bed we tried the p5 sleep number bed we asked the sales lady ******************************* if we decided to get the bed was everything refundable she said yes 100 percent they just like you to try it for 30 days then you get a full refund on everything so we went home decided to purchase a little later called ******************************* directly over the phone told her that we wanted to get the p5 we asked her again no matter what would we get everything spent back if it did not work out she said yes absolutely so we ordered the bed over the phone they delivered it on august 8th 2023 I called the other day and today is just the 23rd and ask if they could come get it before the 30 days they scheduled me for august 28th to pick it and are charging us to even pick it up we are out ****** dollars just for having it since the 8th of august this is upsurd the worst most deceiving company ever to do people this way I am 100 percent medically disabled sleep is very important for me Im in constant pain 24 /7 I called them and ask today if they could get it sooner cause I cannot sleep on this bed when I do its awful hurts my body way worse they told no they cannot pick up sooner I asked them if I could take the bed off to put another bed on so I can sleep they sent me an email stating it would cost me 249 to disassemble it and another **************************************************************************** to sleep disabled in pain and cause me to be in more pain or charge me another 500 dollars to just take it off my bed this is so disgusting and wrong dishonest people I have ever dealt with so messed up
