    I tried to reach this company after agreeing to pay after 1 months use. They will not prorate. I could not find any number to call to cancel so I blocked their phone number. I guess I may have to pay since they are desperate for subscribers. I also am astounded at the desperate attempt to get paid since they give free service to anyone for months at a time.

    We apologize for any misunderstanding. However, ***** agreed to service and we have a very clear cut recording of the conversation. There was no mention of agreeing to pay for one month as we only offer annual commitments. We also have the Trader PhD phone number on our website and on our invoices that our customers can call at anytime which directs them to our billing department to speak with the billing manager. The only correspondence we received from ***** was a text that he was not interested in our service after he had agree and was billed for our services.
