    For several years we have participated in Lozier's customer loyalty program. Whenever we need to have something checked they get ** taken care of, usually within a few hours. The techs get the issue resolved and are friendly and courteous. It's very reassuring that we consistently get quality service.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lenox heat pumps and the company that installed it, Lozier. One of my two heat pumps has been a constant issue since the day it was installed and required multiple service calls in its first year of ownership. Recently, I had another issue with that heat pump and called for service. The technician came and spent only 25 minutes at my home, but I was charged $134.52. The technician couldn't diagnose the problem, so I had to call again a week later. This time, the same technician returned for another 30-minute visit and charged me $443.03. When I called to see if the problem would be covered under warranty, I was told that it wouldn't be because the leak was in a pipe that had cracked open and there was no failed component. I knew the labor wasn't covered, but what they quoted me was outrageous. The repair was quoted at $1559.80. I am also extremely frustrated with the cost of freon, which I believe is being price gouged. I found 25lb of R410 freon on eBay for $525, but the quote I received from the company had a markup of 500% from that price. This is unacceptable and I can't believe they would be buying it at a higher price than what I found. In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with the cost of service and my overall experience with Lenox heat pumps and Lozier. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and would not recommend them to anyone.

    I will start with buying complete air conditioning unit. When the job was done I checked it over and the install tech didn't replace the lines that go from outside to the I side even though I was quoted for the complete service. Later that year it got a leak. I found the leak which was where the install Tech had to solder 2 lines together. It was a bad solder job. I had to pay for the service call, the repair and 700 for free on. They said that was not warranty. It was the I stall technician s**** up that works for ******. They should of covered that. This weekend the air conditioner quit. They came out and found a leak from the condenser fan shroud rubbing against the condenser coil copper tube. They said thats not warranty. That is a manufacturer defect but I again had to pay for the service call, repair and 700 for free on again. I would think a brand new unit that we bought a couple of years ago would last a lot longer. I now have paid thousands to buy the unit and have it installed and over **** in repairs so far because nothing is actually warranty. I would not recommend this place to anyone....they owe me over **** that I should of never had to pay. They don't even cover their own employees mistakes. The customer has to pay for that.
