  Awful care of my business ***************. Severe lack of communication, rude staff, negligence pertaining to my business books and no accountability. I met with **** Vroman back last October 2022 in preparation for transferring my company bookkeeping to him and his firm. The transition took place in January 2023. My husband and I also provided all of our information for both personal and business tax filing to be started at the same time. At the end of March, we had reached out about communication about our taxes. We sent numerous emails to get an update and left messages before they returned our calls. This was the start of an ongoing lack of communication we struggled with from ****. At the same time, now nearly 4 months later, **** and his team still had not completed my company payroll transfer and setup. We ended up setting up two different meetings with my bookkeeper and my old bookkeeper to ensure that every account login was provided to the Vroman Group so they could do their job and manage my books and payroll. My first payroll finally ran in July 2023 but was incorrect. To make matters worse they couldn't set up direct deposit and the following three paychecks were also incorrect and LATE. I was then told I had to process each paycheck through ACH on my bank account personally. I've never had to do this with any other accounting firm I've ever worked with in the past 22 years nor have I ever had any payrolls late since I have owned my companies. The icing on the cake was I received notice in November that my business taxes were filed late ( after they sent an extension), and I was penalized a large amount of money for their error. Then, out of nowhere my bookkeeper up and quit with no notice. When I called **** Vroman about this, I was sent to voicemail. He never returned my call. A week later, I received a letter stating he was canceling our relationship. My books are a mess, taxes were late, and no accountability. Awful experience.
