We purchased a Grand Design in Sept. 2022. The roof was leaking in the bathroom over the shower near the sky light and the refrigerator has a vibration. We made an appointment to have the issues fixed. Making an appointment simply means you drop off the camper and they keep it for 2-3 weeks. Regarding the leak in the bathroom we told them we hadn't used the shower but it did rain. They caulked the shower to fix the issue. Needless to say, 1st time out this spring it rained and the leak was even worse. This time when we took it back to the service department they found the skylight had a crack in it and it was replaced. Hopefully that will fix the leak. On the issue with the refrigerator, they tell us they don't hear the vibration noise so they can't do anything about it. We have videos on our phone of the noise but the shop foreman said he doesn't want to see them. The vibration is enough that it rattles items on the counter next to the refrigerator. We hear the vibration on a regular basis when we're in the camper. As far as we are concerned the refrigerator vibration noise is unresolved. Grand Design's response was to try to work out any issues with the rv dealer.

One of our Service Advisors scheduled the Customer in September 22, and has a note they want wait while the repairs are completed, and that is something we cannot promise will happen. If we can get pre authorization done and parts ordered to get here it doesn't have to take that long.  Warranty process and parts availability is what will holds up the repair process just like every dealer.  If they want to try to stream line it let our advisor know we can work something out. But sometimes the warranty repairs take time mostly because of parts availability.
