    Please read reviews and the amount of lawsuits against the parent company. I have a 3 day experience with this **********, ** location. This is a very deceitful and disturbing company. Never was my mother's feelings or wishes where ever considered or asked. When I called the local office I felt like I was a inconvenient problem. She sent a social worker to visit with my mom on day 3. I had already told the director that I will be making all decisions regarding my father.... unfortunately the social worker told my mother that the care plan would require my mother, myself, and my sister to all agree and that we all would have to meet at a determined time with the social worker and all agree to care or they would not follow my direction. All this after I told the director I was in control of all medical directives. The short and disturbing experience with this company will leave a very upsetting lasting memory of my dad's last days. This director has obviously shown that this "hospice" company does not follow very basic levels of respect that they reference in there literature. They exposed that they take over and direct families how the end of life will occur. I have very disturbing details of the things that where said in front of my father and my mother. I hope this review opens your eyes and understand this company and the employees are not honest, they do not make appointments with a time frame to meet, they told my mom that they would be there sometime during the day. They are very disrespectful to end of life in front of your dying loved one. This company, at least this branch is very disturbing and my 3 day experience caused a great deal of hurt and pain to my parents. DO NOT CONSIDER COMPASSES EVER!! I warned you this was very disturbing. My details to the things said would scare and hurt anyone
