    Edge took over managing the 36 west HOA's in May 2022. they failed to legally notify residents of the change until December of 2022 when we received notification that our HOA fee was being raised by $20 a month, which is over the authorized 10% each year. Then because they failed to notify residents most of us now have a past due balance of over $1200 in fees. The grass was dead most of last summer and only cut once a month, but they are claiming $40,000+ in landscaping fees and water bills. They won't provide actual paid invoices but only a word document summarizing expenses. Part of the snow removal contract is supposed to include clearing sidewalks and residents' driveways, they fail to come out in a timely fashion to clear snow, often block residents' driveways with snow and leave the roads icy. This company needs to be banned and the owners should be blacklisted from starting any more companies in Iowa.

    The statements in this review are inaccurate.  Edge mailed notifications to all homeowners of record in April of 2022.  Annual letters with the new budget were mailed in December 2022.  The development is still in the process of being built and is not complete.  During the building phase, dues can be changed to fit the needs of the budget.  The mowing and snow removal are done by sub-contractors and not Edge Property Management employees.  The lawns are mowed every week weather permitting.  Any issues with snow removal should be reported to Edge property management.

    If I could give this business less than 1 star I would! Shady people running this business. They have NO clue how to manage anything! I got a notice from them saying my stop box wasn't working and they said this is the 2nd notice. I didn't even get the first one! I had 2 plumbers come and tell me they have no clue which one was ours. HOA said to contact the city and the city said to contact the HOA. Someone needs to pull their head out of their asses and quit giving me a run around. They gave me a deadline saying I need to get my stop box repaired by April 1st or they are going to backcharge me AND add 10% wtf excuse me? Marcia told me that I have to hire a plumber for the 3rd fricking time! And test all the stop boxes to figure out which one is ours (Which by the way is NOT legal). Highly disorganized terrible! I need some damn answers because I am not paying $2,000-6,000 to have my stop box repaired if nothing is wrong with it. Oh and the city had told me they weren't sure why my stop box was on the list last they had a report it was working fine. I think these people are scam artists. Getting really close to finding a lawyer this is stupid. Homeowners don't even own the stop boxes either the city or whoever owns the private property. I got emails upon emails with these useless people. Going to be documenting EVERYTHING now. If you can avoid any properties managed by them I suggest you move on to a different management company. It is truly shameful the way the run this business. I'd really love to talk to the owners of the property itself not the useless management company.
