  Horrendously aggressive sales tactics. I listened patiently to the pitch and when I said I wanted to do more research he questioned my reasoning. First strike. He lied about neighbors that had signed on to the service agreement by giving me fake names. I know my neighbors and none of them have the names I was given. Strike two. I said five times very kindly that I wanted to hold off on agreeing to anything at this time and he continued to push and use guilt tactics to aggressively push the services. I finally had to say that he was getting pushy and the conversation was over. Still took him three times of me saying that for him to leave. And strike three. Along with the fact that he spoke ill of other well-reputed companies, he was pushy, didnt listen and overly aggressive. Absolutely no way will I ever use this companys services based upon that first impression.

  **********************. When they come door to door and explain their services they do a very poor job of explaining their fees. This is by far the most expensive pest service I have ever used. They don't tell you the initial fee is one amount and then they come back within the 1st month and charge you that amount again. For what reason? If you want to cancel its another fee. Just money hungry and absolute trash. I will be cancelling my service and going elsewhere

  You are the only ************ that sends your employees out doing door to door sales as if its 1950. Not only do you go around begging people for business using high pressure sales tactics but youve came to my door TWICE IN TWO DAYS. Ill hire the company that doesnt ring my door bell multiple days In a row begging for business! My neighbor works 3rd shift so Im sure hes thrilled that Spidexx has now woken him up 2 days in a row begging for business! No legitimate company goes door to door using high pressure sales schemes in 2024!

  Scam. Nate ****** of *** ****, MN with Spidexx is rude, non-customer service oriented, and obnoxious. Stay away from Spidexx. Pay big money for little service and they don’t honor warranty. He even kept changing appointments times for his needs. Advise to keep away.

  Scam. High pressure sales approach and I was assured that I could "cancel whenever I wanted". The treatments did nothing for wasps and when I tried to cancel, I was presented with a $229 "early termination fee".

  This company spadexx is running a campaign to **** people in by misleading them, and having access to their credit card information.The company sent a kid to peoples houses in our neighborhood and I was approached by this kid in front of my house, he told me that theyre running a promotion that would only cost $25 and thats it to show the good of a service they provide.Three months go by and I get a text message that I have a scheduled appointment for service. I called the company to inquire, I discovered that theyve been charging me for three months without me knowing call because they already have my credit card information. I I disputed the charges and they told me theres nothing they can do to help me and that I already signed a contract.Looks like with the kid had me sign not the agreement to have them do the promotion visit, it was for a contract.This is horrible and Im so frustrated with this company and what they did to me

  Horrible. We lived here for 9 years just got them last year after leaving ABC. We see spiders everywhere. I just got bit tonight. They suck. They can’t get rid of beetles , spiders , hornets .what is the point.

  I have had nothing but good experiences with Spidex representatives. They are always polite and do a good job. ***** was here today and it was a very good interaction. Would hire them again, not the others that want to sell me sand in the desert.
