      I would give it a ZERO if that were an option.I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this company! I was eligible for removal and was given conflicting information regarding that. I sent my eligibility letter to "****" as senior specialist, and 4 days later I get an email stating that they can't open a picture message file, but was told by a customer service representative that it was acceptable. Furthermore, they scheduled the removal, had the device removed and now they're saying I need to have it installed AGAIN until ******* receives a compliance report. So now it states that I had an unauthorized removal. And cannot drive or get my regular license until then. This company is very unethical. I would not recommend them to anyone!

      Just got off the phone, yet again, with the customer service team who has been less than helpful, reading off a script, not listening to the issue at hand. This company is crooked and ONLY looking to take your money, not resolve issues within THEIR systems, and refuses yet again to transfer me to a supervisor. How many complaints will it take to get this business shut down?! It's far past time for this company to start listening to the people they are literally STEALING money from. There are multiple ignition interlock companies people - STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

      Zero stars. After receiving my car back from installation I found that more than half the screws holding my dashboard together were missing. After witch I found there is not any way to call/email with your grievances. Was assured at installation that DMV would be notified of the install.A week after this installed in my vehicle and still NO confirmation sent to ****. Motor Vehicles. After finally pretending to set up a new account was able to talk to a warm body, that sent me to thier "customer service" who promptly disregarded any of my complaints of the way my car or account have been handled.I want to know why this service is so poor and DMV is telling people to use this service and not that, when at the same time DMV tells me it's normal operation of Intoxalock to not send critical info to the ****

      WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! ******** customer service! Once they have your phone number registered to your account you can't speak to a live agent. You just get forwarded to an automated answering service. Only way to reach someone is by calling from a blocked number. Their product is trash, malfunctioning regularly. Won't allow the vehicle to start for no reason at all. Since installed, never registered a dirty blow, never had a lock out and has been calibrated regularly yet starting issues continue. Vehicle never had a problem starting until installed. I strongly recommend you go with a different interlock company.

      How is this even legal what they are doing?!?!?!?! They lock you out for no reason, charge $80.... Then wont let you talk to anyone to fix it. How can we do a class action law suit?!?!!?!?!?!

      Really wish I had seen the reviews here before jumping into them. So overpriced, drains the battery. They were clueless about the requirements for my state and they literally stop caring about you the moment the device is installed and you start raking about the cash.

      If we could give this place a minus 50 stars we would. This has been a money making scam from the word go. They refuse to let us talk to a Manger or anyone else. They are hateful and rude. We cannot get a single reply or answer until they send one to charge you at least $50 or more. They find ways to make you go over or into non compliance so they can get money. We are constantly told one price or cost then you find it out it is never that simple or cheap. We get random withdraws from our bank account and thy refuse to say why. When wr can get someone they say look it up. Not everyone has internet or access to online!!!It would also be nice to talk to someone who speaks the same language we speak here in this country. The customer service us great UNTIL they get you signed up. Then good luck getting a real person! Then it is even harder to get one you can understand. We have asked repeatedly to speak with someone else. They absolutely refuse!!!!They have been increasingly rude and hateful.They will not answer your calls or texts until you are FORCED into non compliance. They have been charging us $50++ every 5 -7 days for that.If your car tears up they charge you. If you get your car worked on they charge you. If you don't drive they charge you. If you cannot get into the shop assigned to you they charge you...if you make prior arrangements they charge you for the privilege.Get it?? They will find a reason more and more often to charge you for anything and everything.Our car tore up. They said it would be $30 to change it to another vehicle. It ended up being ANOTHER $250 plus $53+ a week for whatever plus $170+ for we have no clue... *********** guy has literally been on the phone and computer with them after doing calibrations and they will send us a lock out and charge us $53++ for not having calibrations done.Someone needs to investigate this company!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      I needed an extension for my device calibration , I called and they said they can do 12 hours extension in my state. The man on the phone gave me only 4 hours and said he cant change it because he already put the time in. I waited an hour and a half to speak with a supervisor who tried to change things but put me on hold for even longer. Someone needs to audit this business because they have so many hidden fees and problems with their devices, they also are very unhelpful and rude when you call . It sounds like they outsource their call center to different countries as well to save money.

      This business pressures you into setting up an account in order to tell you how much the final cost is going to be. They make you pay $35.99 just to set up an appointment to have the interlock installed, but won't give you the install price until they call and make the appointment. After that they tell you about all the other fees, monthly monitoring, maintenance, calibrations monthly. After that, if you decide you can't afford it and just won't be able to drive for a while longer, they charge you $50 to cancel the install. This is absolutely fraud.
