I would never give this place business. They will lie to your face when trying to sell a camper. They are horrible at communication

So disappointed. Repair requested: check fuse panel repair as needed becauseelectric will not stay on, fix lights over the bed, replace lock on door. ***************** told us, we will order the parts. Job is done they claimed. Paid the bill. Arrived to pick up camper. Was informed they don't like pick *** on Saturday's. Never informed of this; weekdays only. Not end of story. Now refrigerator will not cool, no power to microwave, back half of camper the ** will not work, and the lock was not replaced. Told us they would have to destroy the door to replace the lock. Then why do the sell replacement locks? Never a phone call to inform us otherwise.

Terrible place, service department has one good guy, the service manager is worthless. Never followed up charged us for a pressure test because we had a window leak ( under warranty ). Tried to have us pay for seal work on a brand new camper, because Forest River only stands behind seals for 90 days. Forest River should be ashamed for the campers they build. Back to Bishs in Urbanna Iowa. Last warranty job was finally finished and when I get our camper home the metal shavings and wood shavings were never cleaned up. They pulled a valance off of a window to replace a roller shade and did not fully reassemble it and parts of the valance are missing. Moving on to sales and the condescending manager. We purchase it from a different location, all along they told us any camper on any lot we can get it for you. We liked the Davenport dealership way better so we tried to purchase it from them. The day we were supposed to make the sale, we got called and said Urbanna Bishs would not deliver the unit to them. We were told they had it prepped and were ready for us. We got there and no paper work no camper prepped and all we got was excuse after excuse from the condescending manager. I will never darken any Bishs dealership door ever again, I urge people to be very careful, these people only want a sale and your money. Very unprofessional and will bill you for services that should be covered by factory warranty. Service manager will never call you back, it’s been a terrible experience.
