    Do not use this company! ******** customer service. They installed our pool and it is not level. They claim the site was not ready. However, they prepared the site. They claim to be a family run business. However, the son told me they do not need my money. They have plenty of other customers. They showed up on my property ruined my yard and did not complete any routine yearly maintenance. They charged me over $700.

    In this day and age,   there's always two sides to every story   this homeowner hired us to come out and open his pool.  He requested that we vacuum and then remove the cartridge filter to clean it after vacuuming.  While my crew was cleaning his filter on his property, the homeowner came storming out of his house extremely irate and very aggressive to my employees. He verbally threatened them and aggressively charged my employee.

    We choose to not provide service and put our employees into situations like this.  Even with this extremely odd situation, My employees finished the job that they were hired to do. The homeowner then told us he wasn't going to pay us.  So I called them the next day and told them that we were no longer providing service for them. It's as simple as that.
