    Horrible I live in ***** have no dealing with Iowa and have been charged for a Newspaper. I have tried canceling and each time the phone get hung up. I been on hold for over 15 min for more than 3 days. I sent email to cancel as well. Horrible service.

    The subscriber spoke to a customer service agent (***) on 1/9/24, at that time the agent scheduled the account to be canceled at the end of the term. The customer told the *** she wanted to cancel because she only subscribed for one article. There doesnt appear to be anything else that needs to be done. We will reply to the customer to confirm her cancelation.
