    Attempted to rent a skid loader and an attachment for 1 day and then another for a week. I was quoted a price in person for rental and delivery. Called in to reserve and have equipment delivered and the cost was way off with fuel surcharge, cleaning, being added along with delivery more than was quoted. I made the comment of, "I feel like I am being raped but I need the equipment" and the manager said that he wasn't going to rent to me now if I felt like I was being raped. Then he hung up on me. I called back to see if he really wanted to leave $3500 on the table and then he hung up again on me. Wouldn't let me speak to the owner and said he was an absentee owner before hanging up for the 2nd time on me. Unbelievable. I asked if he was feeling the pinch of the higher cost of everything, and he said yes. I asked if he felt raped by it all. Run don't walk from this place.
