    I had them install a railing on my front stoop this last week . They were very prompt , polite and did their work in a very orderly , and neat manner cleaning up after themselves .

    Ive used these guys a few times for basic things around my home that were out of my expertise. In love with my drywall repair in my bathroom, I cant even tell there was ever a shelf installed!! They had the projects done before I even knew they started on them! Professional young guys and very kind!

    First off I am a 65 year widowed lady. After working on a basement remodel job they were requested to come back and redo some areas that were under par in mudding and painting. I had to be out of town and my son worked with them. They agreed to come back and do the rework at no cost to me. When they came back and did the rework my son approved on the mudding, sanding but he was out of town when they did the repainting. When I got home from my trip I inspected the work. It was no better than before. There was paint all over the floor mudding compound which I had to get on my hands and knees (65 year old woman) and scrape up then get a shop vac to clean it up. Cleaned paint off of door knobs, electrical outlets, doors, and light switches as they did not cover anything. I had a bath towel under each door to the storage areas and one was missing. I could see where they wiped the floor up of some paint, figured they used my bath towel to clean up their mess. The ** corner of the room which they were to repair was just as bad as before. So I took pictures and sent to them telling them how unhappy I was and that they owed me $20 for the missing bath towel. In their email back to me he threatened me that if I bothered him again he would bill me for the time that that it took to "fix" the problem areas even though he agreed to do it at his cost. I have not been reimbursed for the towel as well. I feel threatened and taken advantage of.
