    We had scottys Flooring and More LLC removed old bathroom and put new tub/ shower and did a poor job screwed up our plumbing did not put a p- trap on the tub .broke the toilet. tried to contact him several times an. d finally got a hold of him June 11 2024 he gave me a big runaround lies like he always does and seen him in theisens said he would get with us in week and never did.wife seen ****** at ******* he told her he would contact us next week of June 17 still no call.Water in bathroom has low water pressure since scottys Flooring did the work. floor is not level never cleaned up end of the day.

    I was disappointed and it's been under a year. No warranty. No assistance. I waited 7 months for them to fix their mistake and in the mean time it continued to cause more damage. They blamed my children for their wrong doing. This was 100 percent unacceptable.This was the worst experience on my life.They are no licensed plumbers and did not disclose even though they mention they do bathrooms online.They started messing with pipes and water lines which they had no business doing. They replaced them without asking or notificying me. Which is what lead to the issue of leaking. My floors are rotted and mold growing. My tub is not leveled at all and my shower head is almost touching the ceiling. They were so unprofessional and kept telling me I took food out of their children's mouth. When in certain they did to myself after paying them. I would certainly never use them again. I would certainly never recommend them. I would certainly do background checks as well. They would walk through my home and take random pictures without me knowing. They never asked permission. I have so much damage to my bathroom I had to hire someone new to fix what they did and take out what they put in. It's barely a year old. I'm so sadden by this as I tried to stay local and keeping money in my community but I was very wrong. I would never recommend scottys flooring and more LLC or ********************* to do work for me or anyone.
