    Eastern **** ********* contracted with tenant to mow the lawn. While mowing the lawn, they decided to use the frost plug water faucet. It was off and not a problem. They did not ask if could use it. The tenant did not give permission to Eastern **** to use it. In the process of turning it on and off it was broke and I (landlord) was billed for the repair. Eastern **** has refused to pay for the repair. Facts are: It was off when Eastern Iowa came. Eastern **** used it and could not get it shut off. Picture provided to Eastern **** of broken faucet. They likely turned it too tight when turned off and broke handle. Eastern **** says the tenant said it has not worked properly in past. Again, had Eastern **** asked, Tenant could have told them not to use. Tenant was home. They did not ask. I would not recommend using Eastern **** ********* because they have taken no responsibility for damage they have done.
