    This isue is in regard to a tree ***** grinder I had paid the 2 day ental fee & hauled it home, after grinding 4 stumps the machine broke down & they ended up hauling it back to there shop to repair it. Today Oct. 3rd I had called out there and talked to ***** about renting it again and he said no & I asked him why and he told me it would not work for me. he also told me he did not like the way I talked to his people, which I do not understand as I talked to them in a normal conversation I would have done with any person & when I paid him up front for the rental at the end of the conversation, I have a habit of saying thank you, that is the way I talk to people, so I asked him again wy he would not rent it to me & again he said it would not work for me and again he said he did not like the way I talked to his people. ***** was the only one I talkd to and he said just leave it go at that & hung up on me. I would like to know the real reson he would not rent the machine to me again & said just leave it go at that & hung up. They are in the rental busines & if the machine would not have broken down I would have ground the stumps and been done with it, I paid him & hauled it home & now I get a bad attitude from him by not beiing up front with me. They are in business to rent various units now all af a sudden they refuse to rent me the machine. that he will not rent me the unit, and I can guarantee it was not the way I talked to his people, to me it was just an excuse. period. I have dealt with people all my life & never came across an issue of not liking the way I talked to his people. I would like to know the real reason why, I think I'm atleast entitled to know the real reaso why.
