    This company has rude employees, they know nothing about their Hunting gear,
    I have had to do many different Items, so i make them do their jobs.
    Purchased Lethal 405 Killer Instinct , it was defective even the scope that comes with fell apart. Then I was told to drive 45 minutes back forth to Quincy Illinois Store and they gave me one of the OLD MODELS! I I called and addressed the situation, so when I took it all the way 45 minutes there and back again!
    They gave me the new model like the one I had. It has always made a very loud long screech noise...and i was told it would go away. Now im pulling out my gear for spring and i was cocking the bow and it was twice as loud.....great for hunting Id had it, I called their corporate store and asked for a manager and Evan Assistant manager told me Bring it in to Fort Madison Iowa, and they will swap it out or just throw it on a gift card.
    Drove there to get surrounded by 6 people as I demonstrated the problem it was having, quite obvious it needed to be marked defective and its gonna take weeks for them to send it out to fix??
    As a Company they need to make the customer is happy
    Now im banned from the store for making them do their jobs. There is always some 16 year old behind the gun counter that does not know Anything! about any thing. In the beginning of all this I was told by their Manager of Quincy Illinois location Leon said for all the Frustration that
    that they would give me a pretty sizable amount on a gift card. No. now all the sudden I was called and told to go to the Ft. Madison Iowa given the bow and arrow, and of course they gave me the older model! I Then they told me NO GIFTCARD for my troubled , travel, time, insult me as a scammer!!!!!!
