    I just had my service canceled by *********************. When I spoke to the owner, he said it was because they had spent too much time emailing me and it wasnt their job to track down my payment. I thought I was on an automatic payment plan, and the monthly invoices didnt show anything due other than the current month. I emailed THEM to make sure I was up to date, and engaged in an exchange of four emails. When they told me why they canceled, they said they had spent too much time emailing me. During my busy season of 20 hour days I didnt research the history of unintentionally lapsed invoices, but as soon as I could, 3 days after the due date, I brought everything current. I am a restaurant with trash piling up outside, and ********************* has made it an easy decision that our businesses are not compatible. I tried to reason with them and pointed out miscommunication, but the owner would hear none of it. He canceled it and said he has ***** others, so he wouldnt miss my business.

    This is a horrible business since old man kohlmorgan passed away. I have always paid my bill and never had any problems until recently. I have watched the garbage truck drive by my trash every week for a month and a half. Before that they stopped one day and grabbed 2 bags of trash and left a third one lying on the ground. When I called the office the lady hung up on me. When I called back the guy that answered said he was done picking up our trash and said that he would not return $70. ($35 for the last month and$35 for next month. They said the drivers marked that it had all been picked up every week. I ended up taking all of my trash to the dump and the lady at the dump said she gets about 3-4 complaints a day on kohlmorgan services.
