    My technician was very helpful. After he looked over my needs he developed a written quote that was acceptable to **** appreciate that he asked me if I was a veteran and gave me a discount based on my prior service.I will be happy to use him again if I need service.

    Anytime Ive had Golden Rule come out, the staff are always professional, thorough, and not trying to get over on us with pricing. They have completed repairs in the past that they very well couldve declined. Ive always been happy with their work and have used their services for the last 26 years and will continue. They came out today on one of the worst weather days this winter to install a water heater and new furnace. Golden Rule is the way every time!
