    I was a long time customer with Precision Air. Every spring and fall I got my furnace and air checked out by them. This year it was in October for the furnace check and was told everything looked good. I do understand that since my furnace is 14 years old I can have a problem. So in December It stopped working and they came to check it out.. I was told everything looked good again and the only thing that is may have been was some ice on the outside exhaust which could have caused a soft lock out. Then again in January it stopped again with the same message on my thermostat. Once again I called and they came out and got it going and couldn't find a definite problem but was told it had a thick film of dust and recommended a cleaning which I guess I thought would have been done on my fall checkup. I assumed I might get a break on the charges since it was the second call for the same problem but it cost me more. So I called there and asked about the charges and was told they would get back with me and after 2 calls back I never heard back. So 17 days later it stopped again and I decided to call my handyman neighbor and within 30 minutes he found what he was sure was the problem. He asked me if I wanted him to fix it and I said yes. So far since it's been running fine. Also I even sent them an email voicing my frustration and never even heard back on that. It just seems like a long time good customer would get some kind of a response. I honestly hate complaining about anything but I was convinced by friends and family to do so.
