I bought an Optimus prime transformer on ebay from this guy. It had a broken piece on the trailer and he claims I broke it. He is not offering a refund and I need to file a claim with eBay. What a scam and a headacheWheeljack's Lab

The buyer requested a return as they ordered the wrong item. I agreed to a return. Then they closed the return as they changed their mind. They then broke the item, then wanted to return it again. Unfortunately, once a buyer breaks a vintage collectible, they have purchased it. I still allowed a return but would not refund the portion they broke. They didn't accept that, but if you break a 38-year-old item, not factory new, you will have some liability. The item was shown unbroken and was delivered unbroken.
