      On June 20, 2023 approximately at 3:21 an incident took place at the 14th Street Dubuque Branch involving a Dutrac employee and myself. I’ve been a member since 1999 and never in my lifetime have I ever felt so disrespected, embarrassed, disappointed, upset, offended, and humiliated by anyone until this incident took place on the 20th of June. I arrived at Dutrac Community Credit Union’s Drive-up Window to cash and deposit my annual bonus check, I informed the teller of the amount that I wanted to deposit and withdraw and the teller left the window and another teller came to the Driver Thru Window holding my check in the window loudly saying “this is a fraudulent check and I’m tired of You People coming and taking our money and you will need to wait 7- no as a matter of fact 8- business days to clear. The teller’s actions and behavior was very unprofessional and the way she was carrying on made me wonder if this was not the first time treating a customer in such a manner. Now Fast forward an hour later, I contacted the Branch manager and explained to him what had taken place and asked if he would review my account, -which he did and deemed that my money be released and he released it. -I needed to share my experience of disrespect, embarrassment, disappointment, and humiliation that I received from the Dutrac Community Credit Union. I guess this is how Dutrac treat their members let alone long time member of 24 years (since 1999).
