    AVOID THIS CARWASH AT ALL COSTS!! I was not going to review and explain my experience with this place, but after being completely ghosted by management, I would like to warn everyone about this establishment!On 12/20/23 I went through Clean Getaway Carwash in my 2018 VW Atlas. As I approached the end of the wash, I realized the automatic roll up door was not activating and my car was still positioned on the floor rollers, pushing me forward. Unfortunately, I had no control of the situation, and my car was pushed into the door. The door finally began lifting, causing it to scrape the front and top of my hood leaving significant and visible scratching on the surface. I called the carwash once I got home and could assess the damage. I was told I needed to speak with the manager, ****** about the situation. I met ****** the next day to show him the damage and explain what had happened. HE ADMITTED TO HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THE DOOR ISSUE and said they were having a hard time contacting the door manufacturer to fix it. His expert advice to me was to allow him to buff the scratches out, lol. I explained I wanted a professional to look at it, which he then told me I needed to provide them with 2 estimates in order for them to take care of the damage. I emailed the estimates within 2 weeks (which he acknowledged receiving and said he would forward to the owners). Can you guess what happens next? GHOSTED. No reply from manager or owners. I had to submit a claim to my insurance and pay my deductible and they, to this date, have not been able to reach ****** or anyone else at Clean Getaway to resolve the issue. Clearly the management and ownership are complete jokes and must be underinsured (if insured at all) if they cannot resolve a claim that they admitted was their fault.

    I have been trying to contact them for months to cancel my subscription and have not heard from anyone.

    Have been trying to cancel for 4 days! Clean getaway evidently has a problem. They have not answered the phone for 4 days. Has always been a subpar car wash and with price increase I want to cancel. My next step will be to tell the credit card company to either cancel payments or I will cancel the card.

    It's pretty messed up when a manager of a company treats certain employees like garbage. As a manager you should not cuss and threaten employees. If you have a complaint the buck stops with the Regional manager and there are no alternatives to address the problems. Instead you get fired and cussed at. *********************** has no business being in a position of Authority because he abuses his powers and position. I worked with him at ProClean and he treated me the same way. He verbally abuses employees. When he doesn't answer the phone and I called the Maintaince guy for help then ****** calls my fellow employee and starts yelling at me. He had a history of being an bad manager. Also he claims that the owners of Clean Getaway trust him and know he does nothing wrong. So it's obvious you can't make a complaint about him.

    This business has an easy way to sign up for a monthly subscription plan. However it is quite difficult to cancel that subscription. They say to simply contact them but when I did I was told I have to actually return to the physical location to cancel. No way to cancel online or over the phone.
