    In July of 2020 we contracted with Jacobs for some repair work on our concrete driveway. The patchwork that was done has not held up as advertised and is cracking in multiple areas. The contractor has tried to fill the cracks on several occasions. Each time the repair has resulted in a different colored patch which cracks soon after the repair & is very ugly in appearance. We have expressed our dissatisfaction with the work many times via phone calls to the office. They are slow to respond and do not keep promises & appointments to correct the poor workmanship.& appearance of the work. Their bad faith performance has been ongoing for 2 years. In summary this is a bad faith company that does not keep their appointments or communicate with the customer and does not stand behind their products or workmanship. They are a zero rating on our scale and are not to be trusted. We will probably have to spend thousands of dollars to correct their terrible work.
