  Zen Windows is a great representation of what a business should be. From initial contact to installation cleanup Zen and their team were professional and knowledgeable. Product quality is as good as it gets and the value they offer is unbelievable compared to other businesses we have used and that we contacted for this 12 window and sliding glass door installation. I want to keep this review short, simple and precise to mimic the Zen Windows process. Thank you Zen!

  We recently had 18 windows and a sliding door replaced and couldnt be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. We selected Zen Window Des Moines because they offered full-frame replacement, which set them apart from other companies we considered. Their pricing is very reasonable, and working with them has been a breeze. ******* and **** handled the installation with utmost professionalism, maintained a clean work area, and ensured we were completely satisfied with their work.   After getting quotes from other companies before buying, I ended up trying this company due to there marvelous reviews. I am very picky when it comes to anything dealing with construction. I assisted my father building nine homes about 25 years ago, and seen lots of errors and just plain poor customer service. From beginning to end, the whole process working with Zen Windows was comfortable and frankly enjoyable. I ordered multiple casement windows for my home, and they kept me informed every step of the way (rare in the construction industry). They even made sure I was ok with the install date and adjusted as needed. I communicated with ****** for the most part, and there could not have been a more friendlier, professional person I could ask for! From beginning to end, she rested my fears of the process and made everything go seamless. She also did a marvelous job getting my trim work stained and urethane protected. During the installation process, ***** and **** did a magnificent job protecting my home with coverings for my floors. The window install went great, with ***** explaining things as the process proceeded. The windows and interior trim were installed with impeccable detail and care! His son **** did some of the best caulk work that I have ever seen. I have had windows installed in the past, but none of the jobs were even close to the detail and professionalism of Zen Windows. They have a lifetime guarantee, which I hope I never have to use, but its nice peace of mind. They vacuumed, dusted and cleaned everything up spotless before leaving. ***** checked with me during the process to make sure I was happy with how things were proceeding, and if I had any questions. If there are any future installations that I need, I know who I will be calling next time! Fair pricing, great guarantee and VERY professional installation.   After months of research to find the company we would use to replace our windows we were 100% pleased with our experience with Zen Windows from start to finish. ***** and his son were very prompt and experienced installers. They answered all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. ****** handled our trim for all windows and we actually loved the new ones much more than our old ones ! She did an amazing job. You can see the craftsmanship in her work. Our house looks amazing and we 100% recommend Zen Windows and would definitely use them again if needed.

  This is a great company to work with. Their original estimate was what I paid after all the extra work the install team did. My house is old with some wonky windows and these guys, ***** and ******, were like artists with each and every one. They made sure there was plenty of insulation when the old walls were lacking. The interior and exterior is beautiful. The left my property cleaner than when they got there! I am extremely happy with Zen Windows. You can't go wrong with them.
