"I ordered a subscription of old house journal from them in 2022, now every year they keep renewing it and every year Ive called them and told them to cancel this subscription and they tell me they have but every year it keeps charging me and renewing. I just this month got charged again April 22, 2022 and called through the Better Business Bureau number they have for them and told them I did not give them permission to do a reoccurring renewal." ... They have managed to buy/acquire excellent editorial staff who produced magazines that people actually wanted to read, and promptly dismissed those staff, I guess, so that they can be allowed to mismanage in peace." ...
