You cannot beat the customer service that you receive from Halo Capital. David and Lisa were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each step and prepare us for what the next steps would be. They provided us with so much education not only about our current transaction but the best way to set us up going forward. All communications were clear, precise and timely. They had all of the work done way ahead of schedule which allowed us to wait comfortably for closing. Working through our financing was the easiest part of selling and purchasing our homes. We will definitely work with Halo Capital for any future refinancing or new purchases.

Navigating any type of loan can be stressful. David and his team have gone the extra mile for our family not once, but twice. They are not only knowledgeable, but they answer any questions you have before moving forward. David also kept a close eye on the housing market trends to make sure that we were getting the best rate we could at the time.
