"I have been using this company for years (I have records going back to 2021 but sure it was longer. This year I again had them service my lawn mower, 3 times, the 1st person did not sharpen the blades, add oil or change, called A+ and they sent another person who said he was "the fixer" he is the person that told me the 1st person, did nothing to the mower, he told he e would sharpen blade and add oil and make sure it was done correctly, again mower was sputtering and the people who mow my lawn had to fill the gas tank before done, which only started happening after 2 service calls, the 3rd call they came and got the mower and I was told they would have mechanic check it out." ...
