Modern Heating & Air was incredible last night, they were able to get my A/C running again withstanding the extreme conditions in my attic where the fan unit is installed. I know ****** ***** want to go up there very bad and I couldnt blame him but he did and fixed the problem. 5 STARS to ****** and Modern Heating & Air!Modern Heating & Air

Professional and very particular on efficient removal of broken system and installation of new HVAC system. Modern Heating and Cooling is a top notch HVAC company who exceeded my expectations! I will refer them to everyone that needs HVAC services. The kept my house clean and damage free during removal of old and installation of new. They were very quiet and efficient. Took 8 hours for my installation and it seemed like they just got started when they finished because of how clean my house was and how awesome their attitudes were! I am impressed. They also Worked well as a team! Highly recommend!
