    Andy knows framing and has been doing it for decades, and it shows in his completed works and his friendly professional personable manner. He treats your work as if it is his own. I was a manager of the Deck The Walls store for seven years in the 80's So I know and understand framing and the required customer service as well. Looking closely at his work I found great attention to detail and a very high level of craftsmanship. Also after speaking with him for a little while I found that he is a fount of knowledge, staying on top of the changes in both the products and processes of archival work. I observed carefully how he handled my works of art. He treated them with the utmost respect and care. I have tried a few different frame shops over the years and Andy's is the first shop I've entered where I felt I could leave my original intaglio prints and not worry about having them mistreated or improperly framed. If you are in a major hurry and want something framed on the spot I would not send you here. He does not sacrifice quality for speed. If you want something framed well and to be as timeless as possible, this is the place to go.
