      I filed a chase credit card fraud claim on June 11, I explain the situation that my credit card was stolen and there were illegitimate charges on my card. Everyone was credited back to me. Fast forward a month later these charges showed up again on my new credit card? I called and they stated my claimed was denied? I didnt receive any notice or letter, the charges just reappeared on my statements. Im furious because now these charges are on my credit statement of upward 400$ and I am charged interest until they launch a second investigation! If they did their dudiligence they can see that after my complaint my lost card was still trying to be used by the perpetrator! If this doesn't get resolved Im closing my chase account because they dont value their consumers, there are plethora of banks that will cherish me as a customer.
