      MidAmerica Basement Systems lifted my sunken driveway slabs with their polylevel product. Everyone that worked the project was professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the final result!

      The last time a person checked to make sure every thing was working, said that the outside down and buried pipes were mot done and they were paid for. Haven't heard anything from them since???

      Had a basement consultation A MONTH ago and still have no quote. They contacted me and said "it'll be coming shortly" two weeks ago. Thankfully Helitech stepped in and provided me with a consultation and quote, because MidAmerica never did.

      Do NOT use this company! I called them. They came out,reviewed what the problem was and gave me a firm quote. They REQUIRE full payment up front!. I gave them the money and then waited six months while they did nothing. On the day that they were to arrive, they did call, arrived 2 hours later ( after they went to Menards to buy needed supplies, and then came to do the job. One hour later they told me that they could not do what they had contracted to do, and then left my house. It required almost four weeks, three emails, two phone calls and a threatened call from my attorney before they refunded my money. I have no idea what their problem is, but they certainly don't know how to fix basement water problems.

      Horrible experience and feel like a fool for using their company. A 3 day job turned into nearly 4 months. There were constant delays because of mess *** on their end. Workers would show up at unscheduled times and then push back our appointments to work on other jobs. Icing on the cake came when they were finished and went down to our basement to find the wall wrapping patched, falling away from the wall and even spots with duct tape. Tried to contact our representative and it was radio silence. Took our money and ran. Finally called the company and it took 2 wks for them to come back to fix it and yet again showed up at an unscheduled time and pushed back our appointment. Just a horrible experience. We also had them put wall bracing an they cracked our patio and tried to patch it leaving it completely uneven.

      Terrible customer service!!!Once they get your money, theyre done with you.The flooring they installed collapsed. Weve contacted them several times. Each time there was an excise - the service manger is on vacation, the service manager is out of the office on a service call, were waiting to hear from the manufacturer, all we can do is wait at this time, etcI would give them a negative star rating if it were available.

      We are really sorry that your experience has been subpar up to this point. The flooring you have purchased has a manufactures warranty on it and this product (the carpet) has been discontinued over 8 months ago now. They are currently looking into what or how the base floor underneath could sink in the way it has, because we nor the manufacturer has heard of that happening before. We did recently hear back from our manufacturer and they said they gave us the go ahead to replace the base floor and that the a subcontractor will need to replace the carpet as they no longer carry it. Sorry for the delay in this process but unfortunately our hands were tied.
