    Wanted to charge $864 for a two, 14 hours at their place; they towed from an accident. Finally got the price down to $646, still way over priced.

    This is by far the worst towing service you could ever use. This company charges an obscene amount for services such as charging 500 dollars to move a motorcycle three miles. Not to mention each one of their employees are an absolute nightmare to deal with. This company should be shut down for all the stuff they do to our community. Please help our community in shutting this business down. They have taken advantage of myself, my family, my friends, and a ton of other people that I have spoken to. Towing companies are supposed to be in the customer service industry. You call a towing service on some of your worst possible days, and all this company does is make this 10x worse. They have gotten a little less rude on the phone, but as soon as you question their ridiculous policies and procedures and try to ask for an explanation, you get well that's how it is. If it is not their way it is absolutely the highway. No one and I mean no one deserves that kind of treatment in a business. Completely the most unprofessional business that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It is to the point where I have told every single person that I meet to avoid that place like the plague. If I could give negative stars I would most definitely do so.

    Zero stars for this company. My friend's son had his motorbike stolen. Police report filed. My friend has the title showing ownership. The motorbike was found in the back of a pickup that had been in a crash. ****'s won't let him retrieve his bike THAT WAS STOLEN from him unless they pay $650. 60 dollars a day. You money hungry, unsympathetic, no heart company can't just give the kid back his motorbike? This company thinks they can charge, do, operate how they want just because they have the police department's contract!! Pathetic.
